Client Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of coordination between clients and freelance professionals.

• Oversee daily operations and delivery across various client accounts.

• Convert briefs into concise delivery plans and workflows.

• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on scope, timelines, and expectations.

• Supervise execution across diverse project types, such as:

• Social media content and campaign materials

• Copywriting and editorial pieces

• Digital creative assets (ads, banners, landing pages)

• Monitor progress, deadlines, and quality of all deliverables.

• Guarantee that outputs align with client expectations and agreed-upon standards.

• Actively manage delivery risks and address bottlenecks.

• Maintain organized workflows for all projects from brief to execution until final delivery.

• Coordinate freelancers across multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Ensure clarity and consistency throughout the briefing and delivery processes.

• Keep visibility on all ongoing projects.

• Minimum of 4–8 years of experience in project management, account management, or delivery roles.

• Strong grasp of digital content and creative production workflows.

• Experience collaborating with freelance or distributed teams.

• Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple rapidly progressing projects simultaneously.
