Client Account Rep

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with prospective clients and address incoming inquiries.

• Comprehend the unique objectives, obstacles, and decision-making processes of each client.

• Propose customized financial solutions based on client feedback and available information.

• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process, product selection, and service implementation.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.

• Relay insights and client feedback to internal teams to facilitate improvements in offerings.

• High school diploma or a college degree is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills within a remote setting.

• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.

• Experience in client service, account management, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
