Client Account Manager – Marketing Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy for each client account, setting goals, KPIs, and quarterly plans.

• Facilitate regular client meetings.

• Manage stakeholders and document subsequent actions.

• Evaluate performance based on ROAS, CPA, CAC relative to LTV, and metrics for organic growth.

• Collaborate with specialists in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/DSP, SEO, Creative, and Analytics.

• Identify and define growth opportunities, including new channels, testing initiatives, and budget increases.

• Proactively identify retention risks.

• Develop mitigation strategies across the client portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Director in a marketing agency (performance or digital).

• Proven track record of managing multiple B2B client accounts concurrently, focusing on relationship management, account growth, and project oversight.

• Experience in managing advertising-driven accounts that include Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic/DSP.

• Strong understanding of attribution, KPIs, and optimization principles.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Comfortable leading strategic discussions with senior client stakeholders.

• Located in Latin America or Africa, or anywhere up to UTC+2.

• Availability to work approximately 9am–5pm US Central/Mountain time.

• Preferred experience with SEO-driven accounts.

• Preferred experience with US or international clients.
