Client Account Manager – Marketing Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take charge of strategy for each client account, including setting goals, KPIs, and quarterly plans.

• Conduct regular client meetings, oversee stakeholders, and document subsequent actions.

• Evaluate performance based on ROAS, CPA, CAC in relation to LTV, and organic growth metrics.

• Collaborate with specialists in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/DSP, SEO, Creative, and Analytics.

• Identify and define growth opportunities, such as new channels, tests, and budget expansions.

• Proactively identify retention risks and develop mitigation strategies across the portfolio.

• Act as the primary strategic liaison for a portfolio of clients.

• Manage client relationships and strategies to achieve business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Director at a performance or digital marketing agency.

• Proven ability to manage multiple B2B client accounts simultaneously, including relationship management, account growth, and project oversight.

• Experience in managing advertising-driven accounts across Paid Search, Paid Social, or Programmatic/DSP.

• Strong understanding of attribution, KPIs, and optimization strategies.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Comfortable leading strategic discussions with senior client stakeholders.

• Located in Latin America or Africa, or in any timezone up to UTC+2.

• Availability to work approximately 9am–5pm US Central/Mountain time.

• Experience with SEO-driven accounts is a plus.

• Experience with US or international clients is also a plus.
