Client Account Manager – Marketing Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy for each client account, which encompasses setting goals, KPIs, and developing quarterly roadmaps.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients, manage stakeholder relationships, and document subsequent action items.

• Evaluate performance metrics against ROAS, CPA, CAC in relation to LTV, and organic growth indicators.

• Collaborate with experts in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/DSP, SEO, Creative, and Analytics to coordinate actions.

• Recognize and define growth opportunities, which may include exploring new channels, conducting tests, and expanding budgets.

• Proactively identify retention risks and create mitigation strategies across the client portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Director in a marketing agency, focusing on performance or digital marketing.

• Proven track record of managing multiple B2B client accounts concurrently, including fostering client relationships, growing accounts, and overseeing project management.

• Experience with advertising-driven accounts that include Paid Search, Paid Social, or Programmatic/DSP management.

• Strong understanding of attribution, KPIs, and optimization principles.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Comfortable leading strategic discussions with senior client stakeholders.

• Located in Latin America or Africa, or in any region up to UTC+2.

• Available to work approximately from 9 am to 5 pm US Central/Mountain time.
