Client Account Manager – Marketing Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ghana.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary strategic liaison for a group of Finch clients

• Manage client relationships and formulate account strategies

• Take ownership of objectives, KPIs, and quarterly plans for each client account

• Conduct regular client meetings and oversee stakeholder management

• Record action items from meetings

• Evaluate performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC in relation to LTV, and organic growth

• Collaborate with specialists in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/DSP, SEO, Creative, and Analytics

• Recognize and define growth opportunities, including new channels, tests, and budget increases

• Proactively identify retention risks and develop mitigation strategies across the portfolio

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Director within a marketing agency (performance or digital)

• Proven ability to manage multiple B2B client accounts concurrently, covering client relationship management, account growth, and project oversight

• Experience in managing advertising-focused accounts across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic/DSP

• Strong understanding of attribution, KPIs, and optimization principles

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Comfortable leading strategic discussions with senior client stakeholders

• Must be located in Latin America or Africa, or any region up to UTC+2

• Able to work approximately 9am–5pm US Central/Mountain time

• Preferred: experience with SEO-driven accounts

• Preferred: experience working with US or international clients
