This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Propel sustainable and replicable account growth for the DOD Army Team within National Governments.
• Create and oversee strategic plans, market intelligence, positioning, competitor analysis, and small-business evaluations.
• Formulate account plans, target opportunities, establish pipelines, set growth objectives, and develop portfolio quality strategies.
• Track account performance, bookings, pipeline status, contract capacity, and program/project prospects.
• Review and update the Salesforce pipeline while ensuring capture plans are in place for significant pursuits.
• Assist in teaming, negotiations, risk management approvals, pricing strategies, proposal evaluations, and compliance with federal requirements.
• Spearhead major proposals and devise strategies for contracts that are underperforming.
• Direct and nurture key client relationships and explore cross-selling opportunities.
• Supervise corrective actions and client recovery efforts to guarantee satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with FAR regulations and participate on joint venture boards for larger programs.
• Examine CPAR reports and rebuttals, and evaluate contract performance and associated risks.
• Address organizational conflict of interest matters.
• Convey account status, objectives, and metrics throughout the National Governments organization.
• Facilitate business-line reviews and organize client engagement activities.
• Advocate for the AECOM/National Governments brand and foster the development of federal teams.
• Oversee client relations, market assessments, strategy formulation, positioning, capture efforts, and client contracts.
• Develop and implement strategic and client account plans to meet annual targets and enhance the program.
• Coordinate client engagement, identify opportunities, and assist in securing task orders and contracts.
• Monitor AECOM team performance and address any client issues or concerns.
• Report to the US Defense Director and/or an Account Director for National Government Business Lines.
• A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or other related fields that correspond with AECOM’s Business Lines.
• Over 15 years of experience collaborating with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering initiatives.
• A minimum of 6 years in a leadership capacity.
• Travel is necessary within CONUS and occasionally OCONUS.
• US citizenship is mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge of consultative selling methods.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Proficient negotiation skills.
• Expertise in project management for complex, multi-country, and multi-business unit agreements.
• Familiarity with and/or a readiness to swiftly learn and adapt to AECOM's comprehensive portfolio.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is advantageous.
