This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee client relationships, conduct market analysis, develop strategies, position offerings, and manage Army client contracts.

• Create and implement strategic and client account plans to meet annual objectives and enhance program growth each year.

• Promote sustainable and reproducible account expansion for the DOD Army Team within National Governments.

• Formulate and oversee strategic plans, target opportunities, manage pipelines, set growth targets, and establish regional engagement goals.

• Track account performance, bookings, pipeline status, contract capacity, program outcomes, and portfolio quality.

• Review and update the Salesforce pipeline, ensuring capture plans are in place for significant pursuits.

• Assist with teaming, negotiations, pricing strategies, proposals, risk management approvals, and compliance with federal requirements.

• Cultivate and manage essential client relationships, optimizing cross-selling opportunities.

• Assess client satisfaction, implement corrective actions, handle recoveries, monitor contract performance, CPAR reports, and rebuttals.

• Ensure compliance with FAR regulations and assist in resolving organizational conflicts of interest.

• Coordinate communication, business line reviews, account metrics, and progress reporting.

• Inspire and lead cross-functional teams across AECOM Business Lines and operating regions.

• Identify new opportunities and collaborate to secure task orders and new contracts.

• Oversee professional technical service delivery and address client issues or concerns.

• Participate on joint-venture boards for larger programs and liaise with major program managers.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field relevant to AECOM’s Business Lines.

• More than 15 years of experience with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs.

• At least 6 years in a leadership position.

• US citizenship is required.

• Travel within CONUS and some OCONUS is necessary.

• Extensive knowledge of consultative selling techniques.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient negotiation abilities.

• Expertise in managing projects involving complex, multi-country, and multi-business-unit arrangements.

• Familiarity with, or a willingness to swiftly learn, AECOM's complete portfolio.

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is advantageous.
