This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Drive sustainable and replicable account growth for the DOD Army Team within National Governments.
• Develop and oversee strategic plans, market intelligence, positioning, and resource investment strategies.
• Create account plans, opportunity targets, pipelines, growth objectives, and strategies for client acquisition.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Lines, Business Line Leaders, Regional Executives, and Engagement Teams.
• Monitor and support program and project opportunities while optimizing portfolio quality across regions and business lines.
• Maintain awareness of account performance and align bookings and pipeline with monthly forecasts.
• Review and update the Salesforce pipeline on a weekly basis and ensure capture plans for major pursuits are in place.
• Assist with teaming, negotiations, pricing, proposal evaluations, risk-management approvals, and federal requirements.
• Oversee major proposals and track contract capacity, bookings, sub positions, and underperforming contracts.
• Lead and manage significant client relationships, enhance cross-sell opportunities, and supervise corrective actions and recoveries.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and participate on joint venture boards for larger programs.
• Review CPAR reports and rebuttals while monitoring contract performance.
• Address organizational conflict of interest issues.
• Communicate account status, objectives, and metrics up the National Governments hierarchy.
• Conduct business-line reviews and client engagements to discover opportunities and secure task orders and contracts.
• Promote the AECOM/National Governments brand, inspire teams, and build a cohesive federal team.
• Manage client relations, market analysis, strategy development, positioning, capture, and management of client contracts globally.
• Assess AECOM team performance in delivering professional technical services and resolve client concerns.
• Collaborate across business lines and operating regions while formulating account strategies and driving growth.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or other relevant fields that align with AECOM’s Business Lines.
• 15+ years of experience collaborating with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs.
• 6+ years in a leadership position.
• Travel is required throughout CONUS and occasionally OCONUS.
• US citizenship is mandatory.
• Extensive understanding of consultative selling techniques.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Advanced negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management for complex, multi-country, multi-business unit deals.
• Familiarity with and/or eagerness to quickly learn AECOM's comprehensive portfolio.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is advantageous.
