This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Oversee client relations, conduct market analysis, develop strategies, position offerings, capture opportunities, and manage Army client contracts.
• Formulate and implement strategic and client account plans to meet annual objectives and enhance program growth annually.
• Foster sustainable and replicable account expansion for the DOD Army Team within National Governments.
• Identify opportunity targets, build pipelines, set growth objectives, and create capture plans.
• Track account performance, bookings, pipelines, contract capacities, and program/project opportunities.
• Assist in pursuits, team formations, negotiations, pricing strategies, proposals, risk management approvals, and compliance with federal regulations.
• Direct and nurture relationships with key clients, maximizing cross-selling opportunities.
• Assess client satisfaction, implement corrective measures, monitor contract performance, and manage CPAR reports and rebuttals.
• Address organizational conflict of interest issues and guarantee FAR compliance.
• Collaborate with Business Lines, Regional Engagement Teams, FBS, Marketing, and divisional stakeholders.
• Lead business line reviews and communicate account-level goals and metrics.
• Advocate for the AECOM/National Governments brand, inspire teams, and cultivate a cohesive federal team.
• Work across AECOM Business Lines and geographic regions to discover opportunities and secure task orders and contracts.
• Oversee technical service delivery and address client concerns.
• Report to the US Defense Director and an Account Director for National Government’s Business Lines.
• A Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field corresponding with AECOM’s Business Lines.
• Over 15 years of experience collaborating with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs.
• At least 6 years in a leadership capacity.
• Willingness to travel throughout CONUS and occasionally OCONUS.
• US citizenship is mandatory.
• Profound understanding of consultative selling techniques.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Mastery in negotiation tactics.
• Proficient in project management for intricate, multi-country, multi-business unit agreements.
• Familiarity with and/or eagerness to quickly learn AECOM's complete portfolio.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) is advantageous.
