This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Drive sustainable and reproducible growth for accounts within the DOD Army Team associated with National Governments.
• Formulate and oversee strategic plans, market intelligence, positioning, and resource investment strategies.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Line and Business Line Leaders.
• Create account plans, identify opportunity targets, growth objectives, and opportunity pipelines.
• Cascade goals to Regional Engagement Teams and track program/project opportunities.
• Assess account performance, bookings, pipeline, and monthly forecasts.
• Weekly review and update of the Salesforce pipeline.
• Develop capture strategies for major pursuits and support teaming and negotiations.
• Coordinate with FBS and Marketing, facilitating risk management, pricing, proposal assessments, and federal regulations.
• Lead significant proposals while overseeing contract capacity, bookings, subcontractor roles, and underperforming contracts.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients and enhance cross-selling opportunities.
• Supervise corrective measures and monitor recoveries to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and participate in joint venture boards for larger programs.
• Review CPAR reports and rebuttals, maintaining awareness of contract performance.
• Address organizational conflict of interest matters.
• Maintain account-level communications and report status and progress up the National Governments hierarchy.
• Conduct business line reviews and engage with clients.
• Promote the AECOM/National Governments brand and develop federal teams.
• Manage client relationships, market analysis, strategy formulation, positioning, capture, and contract management globally.
• Develop and implement strategic and client account plans to meet annual targets and achieve year-over-year program growth.
• Advocate for the account’s professional technical services, encompassing FMS, MILCON, SRM design, master planning, AE, environmental, energy performance, construction management, and construction quality assurance services.
• Inspire and lead teams, collaborate across AECOM Business Lines and operating regions, identify opportunities, secure task orders and contracts, and resolve client concerns.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field pertinent to AECOM’s Business Lines.
• Over 15 years of experience working with US Federal government entities on Architect-Engineering programs.
• At least 6 years in a leadership position.
• Willingness to travel throughout CONUS and occasionally OCONUS.
• US citizenship is required.
• Extensive knowledge of consultative selling techniques.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Advanced negotiation expertise.
• Proficient in project management for complex, multi-country, multi-business unit transactions.
• Familiarity with and/or eagerness to learn AECOM's entire portfolio swiftly.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) is advantageous.
