This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Drive sustainable and replicable growth for the DOD Army Team within National Governments.
• Develop and oversee strategic plans, account plans, opportunity targets, pipelines, and growth objectives.
• Analyze external market influences, competitor activities, small-business opportunities, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Lines and Business Line Leaders.
• Monitor and facilitate program/project opportunities, optimizing portfolio quality across various regions and business lines.
• Maintain awareness of account performance, bookings, pipeline, contract performance, and forecasts.
• Review and update the Salesforce pipeline weekly, ensuring capture plans are in place for major pursuits.
• Support collaboration, negotiations, pricing, proposal evaluations, risk-management approvals, and federal requirements.
• Monitor contract capacity, program manager effectiveness, subcontractor positions, and underperforming contracts.
• Lead and manage critical client relationships, cross-selling opportunities, corrective measures, and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, JV boards, CPAR reports and rebuttals, and resolution of organizational conflicts of interest.
• Communicate account status, objectives, metrics, and progress throughout the National Governments organization.
• Lead business-line reviews and engagement teams focused on the Army account.
• Promote the AECOM/National Governments brand and develop a cohesive federal team.
• Oversee client relations, market analysis, strategy formulation, positioning, capture, and management of client contracts globally.
• Create and implement strategic and client account plans to meet annual objectives and achieve consistent program growth year-over-year.
• Advocate for assigned accounts, providing services in FMS, MILCON, SRM design, master planning, architecture and engineering, environmental, energy performance, construction management, and construction quality assurance.
• Collaborate across AECOM's business lines and geographic regions.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate with teams to secure task orders and new contracts.
• Monitor AECOM team performance and address client issues and concerns.
• Act as an ombudsman for organizational conflict-of-interest matters.
• Report to an Account Director for National Government Business Lines in DCS Americas.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline pertinent to AECOM’s Business Lines.
• 15+ years of experience collaborating with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs.
• 6+ years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• US citizenship is required.
• Travel throughout CONUS and occasional OCONUS travel is required.
• Extensive knowledge of consultative selling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient negotiation abilities.
• Expertise in project management for complex, multi-country, multi-business-unit contracts.
• Familiarity with, or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to, AECOM's complete portfolio.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is advantageous.
