Client Account Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with potential clients and address incoming inquiries.

• Comprehend each client's distinct objectives, challenges, and decision-making processes.

• Propose customized financial solutions based on client feedback and available information.

• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process, product selection, and service execution.

• Keep in regular contact with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

• Relay insights and client feedback to internal teams to enhance our offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or college degree is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly in a remote setting.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Experience in client service, account management, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
