Claims Solutions Analyst – Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, document, and implement solution functionalities.

• Construct, test, and sustain features in line with specifications and requirements.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical challenges.

• Enhance system performance and improve user satisfaction.

• Collaborate with various departments during project implementations.

• Resolve member maintenance concerns.

• Generate and refine technical documentation.

• Facilitate process enhancements and foster cross-functional alignment.

• Share expertise across teams.

• Cultivate competencies in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Participate in virtual meetings with video on.

• Travel nationally for on-site Go-Live support, software installations, or training as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification or expertise in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims.

• Certification or expertise in both Epic Resolute PB and PB Claims is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst is ideal.

• Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in building the Epic PB module.

• Experience with billing in New York state is preferred.

• Strong communication abilities with both application and technical team members and end users.

• Demonstrated integrity and accountability.

• A process-oriented and detail-focused mindset.

• Data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-focused mentality.

• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office.
