Claims Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage claims related to damages and vehicle accidents.

• Oversee the processing of damage and vehicle claims across the organization.

• Collaborate with insurance representatives regarding claims and accidents.

• Compile and present reports that summarize accidents, utility hits, damages, injuries, and near misses.

• Foster and maintain relationships between the company and external agencies, including the Insurance Carrier and Insurance Broker.

• Familiarity with the insurance industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning custom software applications.

• Strong verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills.
