This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough and prompt investigations, evaluations, and analyses of complex casualty and environmental claims, ensuring accuracy in coverage and liability assessments.

• Make informed coverage decisions and prepare written communications to insured parties and other necessary stakeholders.

• Investigate, analyze, document, manage, and implement strategies for the timely and cost-effective resolution of assigned claims.

• Establish and oversee reserves.

• Actively manage litigation processes and counsel, including planning, execution, budgeting, review, and payment of bills.

• Represent the company in meetings with management, carriers, as well as during mediation and trial proceedings.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS College Degree is mandatory.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in managing liability and/or clean-up claims or in a legal capacity.

• Experience with complex auto liability is advantageous.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Strong background in coverage analysis and drafting is required.

• Ability to review, analyze, and assess technical, legal, and medical information effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external clients, including insureds, underwriters, legal counsel, and carriers.

• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• High degree of initiative is expected.

• Outstanding time management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are necessary.
