This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.
• Review and assess claim forms, supporting documents, and related materials pertaining to product liability, class action, and mass tort cases.
• Analyze claim information for thoroughness, accuracy, and adherence to established criteria and project standards.
• Handle complex telephone inquiries from claimants and attorneys, clearly and professionally explaining claim-related information and requirements.
• Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external clients.
• Identify potential issues, discrepancies, or missing information that necessitate further review or follow-up.
• Draft clear, detailed, and professional written responses to inquiries from claimants and legal counsel.
• Utilize legal judgment, critical thinking, and issue-spotting abilities when reviewing claims and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with attorneys, project managers, and other team members to resolve issues and ensure efficient progress on matters.
• Uphold a high standard of accuracy, confidentiality, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Proficiency in French.
• Preferred experience in litigation.
• Experience with class action, mass tort, product liability, and/or claims review is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and issue-spotting capabilities.
