This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, train, inspire, develop, and evaluate the performance of the PB maintenance analyst team.
• Manage member relationships while facilitating efficient workflows and resolving complex issues.
• Plan educational deliverables for annual forums and relevant conferences.
• Onboard new team members in a structured approach.
• Monitor team, project, and individual performance targets.
• Identify and promote process improvements.
• Assist with staff coaching, Go-Live coverage, and support for legacy expansion.
• Design new features and workflows while making key design decisions.
• Address advanced and intricate integration JIRA and Help-Desk tickets.
• Collaborate with Help Desk, Product, Epic Clinical, and other OCHIN teams.
• Ensure that project timelines and deliverables are realistic and feasible.
• Act as the primary escalation point for members.
• Uphold OCHIN policies, Go-Live support requirements, Tempo time tracking, Critical Incident reporting, and JIRA SLAs/SLEs.
• Develop resource planning strategies and oversee staffing.
• Analyze ticket metrics to ensure SLA compliance.
• Conduct routine builds and configurations in Epic and related products.
• Facilitate working sessions with members to tackle advanced integration work orders and support challenges.
• Provide workflow solutions alongside hands-on system training.
• Document build specifications, team processes, and complex clinic workflows.
• Assure quality for complex builds, Service Update modifications, and other work orders.
• Offer support during Go-Live events and mock clinics.
• Lead training sessions and workgroups for members.
• Mentor, coach, and train less experienced analysts.
• Develop and disseminate best practices for workflows.
• Assist Project Managers in determining system capabilities.
• Build, design, test, and document new system functionalities.
• Travel as necessary to support off-site software installations.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable or relevant Epic Application Analyst role.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is highly desirable.
• Prior work experience in Healthcare IT is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
• Epic PB or PB Claims Resolute certification is required.
• Experience with both PB Claims or PB is preferred.
• Ideally, at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst.
• Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic Resolute module build.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
• Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office environment.
• High-speed internet service is required.
• Must work in a distraction-free workspace.
• Must be on camera for all virtual meetings.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for Go-Live installations based on business needs.
