Claims Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Support the estimation and investigation processes for claims settlements.

• Assess damages and ensure that quotes from independent experts align with organizational standards and procedures for significant claims.

• Examine complex suspicious and fraudulent claims.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the business line in claims handling.

• Propose enhancements to processes, methods, and tools to improve service quality and loss ratios.

• Assist in developing and monitoring competency plans to deliver an exceptional client experience.

• Mitigate damage, review provider estimates, and suggest action plans based on established procedures and quality standards.

• Evaluate claim circumstances and collect pertinent information for investigations.

• Aid in preparing and presenting action plans to resolve issues in line with rules and parameters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• At least four years of applicable experience.

• Alternative combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be taken into account.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.

• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the Trois-Rivières and Montréal areas is required.
