Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional inbound customer support by promptly and courteously answering incoming calls.

• Validate contract details and accurately input new claims into the system in line with client-specific terms and conditions.

• Confirm coverage in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Assess documentation related to claims, proof of ownership, and costs for parts and replacements.

• Issue coverage denials when necessary or arrange for a service provider to address property damage.

• Approve or decline servicer estimates of up to $750.00.

• Manage email inboxes and respond to inquiries from customers and vendors.

• Process customer requests and claims swiftly, accurately, and in a timely manner.

• Conduct follow-ups and review claims to guarantee accurate records and timely settlements.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Adjuster’s License (preferred but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with insurance and warranty policies, underwriting, and claims procedures (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.

• Outstanding communication skills (courteous, thorough, and helpful).
