Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional inbound customer support by promptly and courteously answering incoming calls.

• Verify contract details and accurately enter new claims into the system, adhering to client-specific terms and conditions.

• Confirm coverage in alignment with established policies and procedures.

• Review documentation related to claims, including proof of ownership, and assess parts and replacement costs.

• Issue coverage denials when necessary or arrange for a service provider to address property damages.

• Authorize or reject service provider estimates up to $750.

• Oversee the email inbox and respond efficiently to inquiries from customers and vendors.

• Process customer requests and claims swiftly and accurately.

• Follow up and review claims to ensure accurate record-keeping and prompt settlement.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must possess experience with MS Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.

• Exceptional communication skills (courteous, thorough, and helpful) are essential.

• Familiarity with insurance and warranty policies, underwriting, and claim procedures is preferred but not mandatory.

• An Adjuster’s License is preferred but not required.
