This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Support the estimation and investigation processes for claim settlements.
• Evaluate damages and verify that quotes from independent experts align with organizational standards and procedures for significant claims.
• Investigate complex cases of suspicious and fraudulent claims.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of the line of business in managing claims.
• Propose enhancements to processes, methods, and tools to improve service quality and minimize loss ratios.
• Assist in the formulation and supervision of competency plans to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Mitigate damages, assess provider estimates, and recommend actions in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Examine claim situations and collect pertinent information for investigations.
• Aid in the preparation and presentation of action plans to resolve issues in line with regulations and guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least four years of pertinent experience.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be taken into account.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the Trois-Rivières and Montréal areas is required.
