Civil Structural Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Create and detail mat and pier foundations for substation structures.

• Ensure that all tasks are completed with a focus on quality and project budget.

• Adhere to the client’s specifications along with the internal quality control and assurance protocols of the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) or a comparable qualification from an ABET accredited institution is required.

• Over 5 years of experience in designing and assessing steel structures and concrete foundations for rigid bus systems and electrical equipment, while ensuring structural integrity, stability, and adherence to relevant codes and standards.

• Preferred experience in designing structures for Transmission & Distribution Substations.

• Experience in designing structures for Industrial & Commercial settings is acceptable.
