Civil Litigation and Consumer Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of cases, tracking deadlines and monitoring progress at various stages.

• Prepare legal documents, including defenses, appeals, and interim submissions.

• Evaluate court rulings and draft opinions for appeals.

• Update the database with pertinent case details.

• Implement various strategies to manage the portfolio and ensure the efficient advancement of cases.

• Bachelor's degree in Law and active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Demonstrate ethics, integrity, and transparency.

• Strong commitment to responsibilities.

• Possess a sense of urgency, focusing on time and work optimization.

• Capable of managing a high volume of cases in fast-paced environments.

• Experience in civil litigation.

• Familiarity with civil law and civil procedure.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.

• Proven experience in managing large volumes of information.
