City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local representative for the network in your city and its surrounding areas.

• Grow the local business and secure new properties for management.

• Oversee the property portfolio, including tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Maximize revenue through yield management and multi-platform distribution on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Organize the local network of service providers.

• Delegate portfolio management during absences using the ALB Vacation System.

• Optionally establish a team of City Managers through sponsorship opportunities.
