City Manager – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Expand the business within your region by onboarding new properties for management.

• Manage a variety of accommodations including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and distinctive properties.

• Supervise cleaning, maintenance, guest check-ins/check-outs, and overall guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through effective yield management strategies.

• Oversee property listings on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Establish and coordinate a local network of service providers.

• Delegate management of the portfolio to the ALB network during your absence.

• Handle property-owner inquiries through the ALB platform.

• Recruit and refer additional City Managers, earning commissions based on their performance.

• Strong ability to persuade property owners and cultivate trusting relationships.

• Driven and determined to establish a sustainable, long-term income stream.

• Background in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous.
