City Manager – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

• Expand the local market by securing new properties for management.

• Supervise the daily operations of the property portfolio.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services.

• Handle check-ins and check-outs.

• Foster relationships with guests.

• Ensure listings are available on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Establish and maintain a local network of service providers.

• Delegate portfolio management responsibilities during absences utilizing the ALB Vacation System.

• Potentially recruit City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions based on their performance.
