City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local representative for the network within your city and its surrounding areas.

• Expand the business by incorporating new properties into the management portfolio.

• Supervise property operations, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through yield management and multi-platform distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Establish and manage a local network of service providers.

• Delegate portfolio management during absences via the ALB Vacation System.

• Create and develop a portfolio of managed properties.

• Potentially recruit City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions based on their activities.
