This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Report directly to the Manager of Business Development and take on a leadership role for the Chiropractic BDR team.
• Provide coaching and development for Chiropractic BDRs through one-on-one meetings, call assessments, role-playing, live coaching, and immediate feedback.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly activity and demonstration objectives using performance metrics and strategic action plans.
• Oversee the daily execution of the Chiropractic BDR operations.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of chiropractic workflows, operational hurdles, technological challenges, competitive offerings, and buyer priorities.
• Exemplify best practices through personal prospecting, calling, messaging, follow-up, discovery, and handling objections.
• Track calls, connections, conversations, demos, conversion rates, pipeline status, and quota achievements.
• Utilize data to enhance team performance and implement coaching or process modifications.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new Chiropractic BDRs.
• Reinforce qualification criteria, CRM protocols, prospecting workflows, and standards for account ownership.
• Enhance chiropractic messaging and communication strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate market trends, feedback, competitive insights, and recommendations.
• Foster team accountability and proactively address performance issues.
• Collaborate with Chiropractic AEs to enhance qualification processes, handoffs, conversion rates, account strategies, and pipeline quality.
• Work alongside Marketing, Sales, Product, and other departments on chiropractic go-to-market strategies.
• Support chiropractic campaigns, conferences, events, market initiatives, messaging trials, and prospecting experiments.
• Motivate and engage the team while promoting a positive, competitive, collaborative, and accountable culture.
• Assist in performance management and development planning.
• Stay updated on Prompt's products, the chiropractic sector, and the competitive landscape.
• Act as the first point of contact for daily Chiropractic BDR inquiries.
• Participate in candidate interviews and aid in identifying BDR talent.
• Provide insights about the chiropractic market, prospect requirements, objections, competitive themes, and opportunities to leadership.
• At least 3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, sales, or a related business development role.
• Previous experience in the chiropractic industry, chiropractic technology, healthcare SaaS, EMR, or a related healthcare market is highly preferred.
• 6 to 12 months of leadership, mentorship, Team Lead, or people management experience is preferred.
• Proven success in meeting or surpassing individual sales or business development targets.
• Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting, qualification, pipeline generation, and sales development principles.
• Possess a growth-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement as both a salesperson and a leader.
• Eager to coach, empower, and develop team members by recognizing individual strengths and areas for growth.
• Comfortable using performance data and KPIs to spot trends, diagnose issues, and initiate actions.
• Ability to excel in an independent setting, navigate uncertainties, and take proactive initiatives.
• Capable of effectively delegating tasks and projects while understanding individual strengths and team capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing difficult conversations and offering direct, constructive feedback.
• Ability to use sound judgment, seek leadership support when necessary, and provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented feedback to teammates.
• Comfortable leading team meetings, training sessions, role plays, and educational workshops.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams.
• Passionate about learning software, technology, healthcare, and the chiropractic industry.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work extra hours as needed.
• Proven capability to manage several projects, quickly adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain professionalism.
• Comfortable managing your own workload while knowing when to escalate issues or seek leadership assistance.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM/sales technologies.
