This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage daily sales operations for the Asset Management Division.
• Engage with major clients and prepare detailed sales reports.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies, plans, and forecasts for targeted clients and designated territories.
• Assess current accounts to uncover opportunities for add-on services and cross-sell services from other business lines.
• Focus on markets including K-12 schools, Higher Education, Affordable Housing, Federal Government, and State and Local Government.
• Identify, qualify, and research potential clients while arranging client meetings.
• Follow up on leads and close sales in collaboration with the Executive Vice President of Sales.
• Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and organizations managing asset portfolios.
• Conduct sales calls to comprehend client strategies and organizational structures, positioning Bureau Veritas capabilities effectively.
• Tailor Bureau Veritas services to meet client business requirements.
• Address Requests for Information, Quotations, and Proposals promptly while adhering to deadlines.
• Serve as the client representative within Bureau Veritas to explore issues, devise solutions, and ensure project delivery.
• Supervise, train, plan, assign, and guide the sales team as necessary.
• Represent Bureau Veritas at both local and national industry conferences and events.
• Utilize Salesforce and provide weekly/monthly activity and progress updates to management.
• Create innovative marketing strategies and compile transaction data for proposals and statements of qualification.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, products, and market trends.
• Safeguard confidential company information and deliver prompt, proactive customer service.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university in a relevant field, or 5–8 years of related experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience selling services within the Asset Advisory sector.
• Capability to navigate complex, relationship-driven sales cycles.
• A valid driver's license is required with no significant motor vehicle record points or violations.
• Strong writing skills for reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and address queries from clients, peers, and technical field staff.
• Competence in identifying problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret extensive instructions and manage both abstract and concrete variables.
• Proficiency in computer usage, word processing software, spreadsheet software, and project management software.
• Skills to motivate, develop, and lead people.
• Time management, active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain a constant state of alertness and work safely.
