Chinese Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Engage in conversations with the model regarding language scenarios.

• Ensure the accuracy of facts and logical coherence.

• Document reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Test advanced language models on topics related to the Chinese language and record instances of failure.

• Contribute to the enhancement of AI training data for language models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Chinese language, encompassing grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics.

• Knowledge of tonal differences, Simplified versus Traditional characters, regional dialects, Chinese idioms, sentence structure, and cultural context.

• A Master’s or PhD in Chinese language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Evidence of fit through peer-reviewed publications, translation experience, or involvement in linguistic analysis projects.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the capability to clearly articulate your methodologies.

• The geographic location may influence the final compensation offer.
