Childcare Division Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Childcare Specialists

• Supervise new business development, program execution, and account renewals

• Collaborate with the BDR team to enhance meeting generation, presentation standards, and territory management

• Take ownership of division performance metrics, including productivity, conversion rates, renewal rates, and event volume goals

• Develop and optimize operational procedures for the complete client lifecycle

• Work alongside the CSM team to tailor Book Blast fulfillment best practices specifically for childcare

• Become the go-to expert on the childcare program and evolve it based on field insights

• Collaborate with Marketing to drive childcare-specific awareness and lead generation

• Provide forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic advice to the CRO

• Oversee weekly team activities, including standups, pipeline assessments, and individual meetings

• Review presentation and fulfillment quality, identifying coaching opportunities

• Uphold CRM documentation standards and maintain pipeline integrity

• Monitor territory coverage and allocate specialist resources effectively

• Partner with Marketing, Operations, and the broader Sales team

• Carry out additional duties as necessary to enhance and professionalize the childcare division

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in sales leadership with experience managing teams responsible for a comprehensive sales and account lifecycle

• Comfortable in developing talent across various skill areas: prospecting, presenting, fulfilling, and renewing

• Strong coaching instincts along with the ability to provide direct, actionable feedback

• Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities within a growing team

• Experience in education, childcare, or mission-driven settings is an advantage

• Proficient with CRM systems and maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management

• A genuine passion for early childhood literacy and the mission of Books Are Fun

• Must have a true love for books

• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
