Child & Family Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide fully remote telehealth therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults aged 4 to 30.

• Perform clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and develop treatment plans through a cohesive digital dashboard.

• Handle a caseload that aligns with the clinician’s personal schedule, requiring a minimum commitment of 5 hours weekly.

• Focus on low-acuity cases related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.

• Have the option to transition existing private clients to the platform, benefiting from an enhanced compensation rate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid, independent clinical license in Texas: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and family dynamics.

• Solid understanding of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth.

• Proficient in using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.

• Availability of at least 5 hours per week is required.

• Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous.

• Associates practicing under supervision are encouraged to apply through the dedicated Intern Application.
