Child and Adolescent Therapist – LCSW, LPC, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional virtual and in-person therapy services to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers.

• Establish meaningful connections with patients and their families.

• Comprehend the needs of patients and families, facilitating engagement in their treatment plans.

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods that encourage long-term development.

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care as a member of an interdisciplinary team.

• Sustain a full caseload through prompt patient referrals.

• Engage in weekly clinical consultations and peer support activities.

• Concentrate on patient care while the organization manages credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an independent license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state.

• Willing to acquire licensure in one or more states where Blackbird operates; costs will be covered by Blackbird.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing individual, direct therapy to children and adolescent patients.

• At least one year of experience in a telehealth or virtual environment.

• Must own a phone, computer, and have access to high-speed internet.

• Flexibility to work after 3 PM ET during the weekdays and/or on weekends.

• Capability to provide therapy to children, adolescents, young adults aged 2–26, and their caregivers.
