Child and Adolescent Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide 100% telehealth therapy for children, teenagers, and young adults aged 4–30.

• Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning via a unified digital dashboard.

• Manage a caseload that aligns with the clinician’s lifestyle.

• Focus on low-acuity cases involving ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.

• Access support from the Clinical Director for case consultations and crisis intervention.

• Option to transition existing private clients to the platform for an enhanced compensation rate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active, independent clinical license in Illinois: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience focusing on children, adolescents, and family dynamics.

• Strong background in CBT and evidence-based practices delivered through telehealth.

• Comfortable utilizing virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.

• Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.

• Associates practicing under supervision should apply using the dedicated Intern Application.

• Minimum availability of 5 hours per week is required.

• Must deliver 100% telehealth therapy.
