This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Propel the expansion of the Eakin Wound Pouch product line in Germany by integrating clinical knowledge, therapy advancement, and commercial strategy.
• Serve as Eakin’s national expert on fistula management, complex wound care, challenging stomas, and advanced pouching solutions.
• Identify key clinical indications and patient pathways.
• Formulate therapy development plans and assist clinical professionals dealing with complex cases.
• Convert clinical challenges into commercial prospects.
• Establish and oversee the national opportunity pipeline.
• Identify and cultivate business opportunities within hospitals, specialist centers, homecare providers, and strategic accounts.
• Contribute to account strategies, tenders, procurement discussions, and initiatives to ensure inclusion in product and care formularies.
• Foster relationships with wound and stoma care professionals and create a national and regional KOL network.
• Organize advisory boards, clinical forums, and peer-to-peer educational sessions.
• Support case studies, publications, presentations, product assessments, and product testing.
• Establish and manage a network of reference centers throughout Germany.
• Drive clinical assessments, product reviews, clinical evidence generation, and customer success narratives.
• Design and conduct training programs, workshops, and masterclasses on fistula management, complex wounds, peristomal skin complications, and stoma care.
• Develop and take ownership of national fistula management guidelines for Germany.
• Mentor and train the German sales team.
• Share market insights and customer feedback with Marketing and Product Management.
• Assist with product launches, commercialization efforts, and future therapy and product innovation.
• Report to the Regional Sales Manager for Germany and collaborate daily with the German Commercial Team and internal departments.
• Clinical and/or commercial experience in wound care, stoma care, or a related medical technology sector.
• In-depth knowledge of fistula management, complex wound care, or challenging stomas.
• Proven track record in therapy development, business development, or commercial expansion.
• Experience in building relationships with clinical professionals and healthcare stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously across Germany.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Germany, with occasional trips to Ireland and other European nations.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Existing network within German wound or stoma care (preferred).
• Experience with wound pouching solutions or complex wound care (preferred).
• Experience in supporting clinical evidence generation, publications, or educational initiatives (preferred).
• Knowledge of German reimbursement, procurement, or hospital systems (preferred).
