Chief Technology Officer – Interim

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement PSG Global Solutions’ overarching strategy for enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, and innovation.

• Spearhead PSG’s shift towards an AI-first operational framework.

• Convert enterprise strategies into actionable technology, product, data, and automation roadmaps.

• Oversee the creation and launch of Anna AI, PSG’s generative voice AI platform.

• Integrate AI capabilities throughout recruiting processes and service delivery operations.

• Set responsible AI standards concerning accuracy, bias, transparency, privacy, security, and human oversight.

• Direct the Rapid Build and Integration framework for agentic AI workflows.

• Facilitate integrations with applicant-tracking systems, HR platforms, client systems, and specialized applications.

• Establish standards for enterprise architecture, data exchange, testing, deployment, reliability, and documentation.

• Formulate the enterprise data and analytics strategy.

• Leverage controlled experiments and operational data to validate solutions.

• Supervise enterprise platforms, cloud environments, corporate applications, technology services, and client integrations.

• Lead efforts in cybersecurity, data privacy, technology risk, incident response, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage technology budgets, strategic vendor relationships, licensing, and investment priorities.

• Counsel the CEO, executive team, and board on technology opportunities, investments, and risks.

• Collaborate with operations, sales, and client leaders on technology-enhanced services.

• Build and manage global teams across AI, product development, data, architecture, cybersecurity, integration, and technology operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related discipline.

• Extensive executive leadership experience in technology, AI, digital transformation, product innovation, or enterprise architecture.

• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI and automation solutions from pilot phases to enterprise-level adoption.

• Familiarity with generative AI, voice AI, agentic automation, cloud platforms, integrations, data architecture, and cybersecurity.

• Preferred experience in recruitment, staffing, RPO, BPO, healthcare services, or another technology-driven service industry.

• Demonstrated capability to lead global teams, manage substantial investments, and communicate effectively with clients, executives, and boards.
