This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct Amplify’s Business Systems organization, which consists of 175 individuals, including 75 full-time employees as well as partners and contractors.
• Oversee a budget that surpasses $45 million.
• Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on enterprise initiatives.
• Take ownership of the strategy and optimization for Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, HubSpot, and more than 400 applications.
• Minimize technology debt and effectively manage costs.
• Recruit, activate, and lead the internal AI Transformation team.
• Safely integrate AI and low-code/no-code capabilities throughout business workflows.
• Manage the internal AI productivity pipeline and implement Glean, Claude, Salesforce Agentforce, and internal vibe-coding.
• Establish governance that facilitates rapid and secure solution development.
• Collaborate with Finance and external auditors to guarantee transaction integrity.
• Enhance General IT Controls to support preparedness for SOC and financial audits.
• Reallocate technology investments to prioritize People, Marketing, and Product-focused technology.
• Complete the organizational evolution towards clearly defined strategic and operational divisions.
• Streamline governance processes to bolster stakeholder accountability.
• Transform Business Systems into a quicker, proactive, solutions-driven partner.
• Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, CX, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product.
• Work closely with the Data organization to enhance collaboration with various business functions.
• Proven experience leading an IT/Business Systems organization of over 50 individuals.
• Background in managing a significant budget within a complex, multi-channel business generating $300M-$1B+ in revenue.
• Preferably, experience integrating physical logistics or fulfillment with digital SaaS delivery.
• Demonstrated success in advancing enterprise AI adoption beyond the pilot stage with genuine workforce engagement.
• Experience in deploying AI tools/systems through a measurable approach.
• Proven record in establishing or scaling an AI/enablement team.
• Experience empowering non-technical users with low-code/no-code tools.
• Ownership of a modern CRM, ERP, and HRIS core stack along with a large application portfolio.
• History of simplification, cost management, and reallocating investments effectively.
• Strong comfort level collaborating with CFOs and external auditors regarding revenue recognition, SOC/SOX/GITC frameworks, and audit readiness.
• Capable of presenting controls and organizational maturity to a Board audit & risk committee.
• Experience in assessing and improving variable talent.
• Background in evolving organizational structures into strategic and operational divisions.
• Reduced dependency on external partners.
• Leadership style that is proactive and focused on internal customer satisfaction.
• Ability to balance stringent governance with agile execution.
• Experience in cross-functional process design across organizational silos.
• Executive presence conducive to engaging with leadership teams and Board members.
