This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the product and technology vision while determining organizational priorities.
• Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of over 30 individuals across product management, product marketing, design, software engineering, data analysis, and user research.
• Develop organizational capabilities, cultivate leadership talent, and ensure succession planning.
• Promote the adoption of innovative technologies and artificial intelligence within products and internal teams.
• Utilize the Board, advisors, and the wider ecosystem effectively.
• Strategically allocate investments towards health equity outcomes, competitiveness, ongoing maintenance, and addressing technical debt.
• Expand enterprise product funding core operations and enhance presence in the healthcare safety-net sector.
• Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer on adoption strategies, pricing, packaging, positioning, and low-touch adoption pathways.
• Oversee the strategy for intellectual property and the generation of clinical evidence.
• Manage technical partnerships, EHR integrations, patient records, APIs, and the underlying infrastructure.
• Develop and deliver strategic plans for 30, 60, and 90 days, covering organizational, technical, partnership, and AI initiatives.
• Assess health equity outcomes, adoption metrics, reach, organizational leverage, cost efficiency, and team well-being.
• Proven experience in managing multiple functions simultaneously and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to set organizational direction, present to a board, and foster leadership development.
• Experience in shifting the technical direction of an engineering organization without direct control.
• A strong sense of curiosity and eagerness to learn directly from patients and frontline staff.
• A commitment to serving low-income populations and engaging with the healthcare safety net.
• Experience in treating intellectual property as a valuable asset, including patents, published research, or proprietary data.
• Capability to identify product and technology opportunities, assemble teams, and demonstrate impact.
• Willingness to travel frequently to safety-net organizations and engage with frontline staff.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Required to disclose if employer-sponsored visa support will be necessary.
