This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within small, mid-sized, and emerging enterprise organizations.
• Establish connections with hiring managers, technology leaders, HR professionals, and executive decision-makers.
• Create opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach efforts.
• Conduct exploratory discussions to comprehend hiring challenges, workforce requirements, and business goals.
• Showcase Emergent Staffing's services and value proposition to potential clients.
• Negotiate service agreements and staffing contracts.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to align on client priorities, hiring strategies, and candidate delivery.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline while ensuring precise CRM data and forecasts.
• Achieve or surpass activity, revenue, and new client acquisition targets.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients by identifying new hiring managers, teams, and opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor by offering insights on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce planning.
• Contribute suggestions and feedback to enhance sales processes, messaging, and the overall client experience.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets in the technology staffing sector.
• Established network of hiring managers, technology leaders, and business decision-makers.
• Demonstrated capability to prospect, open doors, and secure new clients.
• Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Knowledge of contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire recruiting models.
• Experience selling to SMB, mid-market, or emerging enterprise organizations.
• Background in working closely with recruiting or delivery teams in a highly collaborative setting.
• Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline and forecasting revenue opportunities.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM platforms and maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer and opportunity data.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach.
• Collaborative, coachable, and open to adopting proven tools, processes, and feedback.
• Familiarity with sales intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting workflows.
• Experience with email outreach, sequencing, and sales engagement platforms.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft product suite, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, etc.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States of America.
