This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Exercise operational authority over all post-sales activities, including project delivery, R&D/Product development, and financial oversight.
• Define, refine, and manage global financial and operational processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, profitability tracking, capacity forecasting, S&OP, customer acquisition monitoring, and KPI reporting.
• Lead post-sales execution functions encompassing delivery, professional services, client success, support, and implementation.
• Establish frameworks for execution, governance, margin management, and control.
• Act as the escalation point for critical accounts and stabilize contracts that are at risk.
• Lead resource planning and optimize workforce deployment across both U.S. and international teams.
• Build and manage project management, implementation, and support functions.
• Develop and monitor metrics related to customer profitability, services margin, cash conversion, and project health KPIs.
• Model cash flow at the project level using ETC and POS modeling; predict margin leakage and reallocate resources accordingly.
• Implement tracking for SaaS and services margins in line with GAAP cost-capitalization guidelines.
• Develop and negotiate change orders along with strategies for enhancing contract margins.
• Define and optimize processes for order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and S&OP.
• Oversee management of subcontractors and partners while assessing financial risks.
• Evaluate and implement scalable third-party platforms, including time tracking, CRM, FP&A, and ERP tools.
• Develop technology investment proposals to support growth from $25M to over $100M in revenue.
• Optimize data architecture and integration layers while leading tooling transformation initiatives.
• Drive talent reviews, internal AI strategies, and ensure operational continuity across U.S. and India-based teams.
• Review product performance and roadmaps; institutionalize SAFe/agile product development methodologies.
• Align Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and delivery operations effectively.
• Lead business transformation initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
• Report directly to the CEO with a dotted line to the Board; present operational scorecards and performance updates during board meetings.
• Support M&A integrations, restructuring efforts, and significant contract pivots.
• Proven experience in post-sales operations and project delivery management.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational processes and metrics.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in resource planning and workforce optimization.
• Ability to model cash flow and predict financial outcomes effectively.
• Experience with SaaS and services margin tracking in accordance with GAAP.
• Strong negotiation skills for change orders and contract enhancements.
• Familiarity with third-party platforms for operational efficiency.
