Chief of Staff, Security Customer Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the leadership team of Global Security Customer Engineering in formulating, executing, and overseeing initiatives that align with critical business objectives.

• Create and implement impactful programs that promote executive priorities.

• Oversee business cadence agendas, develop communication strategies, create content, prepare meeting briefs, and manage culture and recognition initiatives as well as strategic programs.

• Collaborate with the Global Security Customer Engineering Lead and directors.

• Work cross-functionally with GTM leadership, executive offices, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, People Operations, and Communications.

• Manage and facilitate executive cadence and operating rhythms.

• Prepare and drive internal and external meeting preparations along with briefing documents.

• Lead the development of internal and external communication strategies and recognition programs.

• Take ownership of executive-sponsored initiatives and strategic projects.

• Support strategic change management efforts.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

• Act as a deputy and proxy as required.

• Report to the Global Security Customer Engineering Leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 15 years of experience in program or project management.

• Proven experience in program management covering planning, execution, and project delivery.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven experience in crafting communications intended for executive audiences.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located without the need for visa sponsorship.
