Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a representative for the Owner during meetings

• Create decision memos for the leadership team

• Manage the meeting schedule and filter issues that reach the executive level

• Oversee the company's operational rhythm

• Develop performance dashboards

• Identify and address team friction points

• Formalize undocumented processes

• Take complete ownership of high-priority initiatives that span multiple departments

• Construct business cases for new product lines, tooling transitions, and market growth

• Communicate leadership priorities to the team

• Highlight ground-level realities

• Compose internal executive communications

• Acquire a thorough understanding of the business within the first 30 days and map workflows and bottlenecks

• Assume leadership cadences and reporting responsibilities, delivering a written bottleneck assessment during days 31–60

• Manage at least two cross-functional projects and demonstrate measurable progress during days 61–90

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, or a related Chief of Staff/business operations role

• Demonstrated capability to tackle ambiguous, cross-functional challenges independently

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

• Ability to distill complex situations into concise, one-page memos

• Comfortable constructing models, interpreting P&L statements, and conveying narratives through numbers

• Strong judgment in handling confidential executive information

• Experience with diverse business models, distributed teams, and rapid workforce expansion (highly preferred)

• Practical skills with contemporary operational tools (CRMs, project management, automation) (highly preferred)

• Required to provide a publicly accessible 30–90 second audio or video introduction in English

• Must submit a screenshot of an internet speed test result
