📋 Description

• Lead AI transformation initiatives in collaboration with clients.

• Spearhead fundraising activities for funds or clients.

• Oversee management of investment funds.

• Supervise CEOs within client organizations.

• Drive sales strategies at Human Agency.

• Collaborate with recruiting to support team expansion.

• Act as CEO for a venture studio company.

• Manage the delivery of client projects.

• Create value for clients through data and analytics.

• Lead go-to-market strategies for clients.

• Tackle ambiguous, high-stakes challenges that span multiple departments.

• Transition between strategic activities, like board preparation and business development, and hands-on tasks such as scheduling and research.

• Utilize AI tools on a daily basis to enhance productivity.

• Proactively identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and potential threats.

• Handle responsibilities with autonomy, requiring minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in high-performing sectors such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or leadership roles in startups.

• Proven track record of managing ambiguous, complex projects and successfully bringing them to completion.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable briefs tailored for various audiences.

• Mission-driven individual aligned with the values and vision of Human Agency.

• Self-sufficient problem solver capable of working independently.

• AI-first mindset with the ability to leverage AI as a force multiplier.

• Builder-oriented; must have successfully delivered a project.

• Required to include proof of an AI-related project in the application or cover letter.

• Generalist with a versatile skill set across multiple domains.

• Commitment to ethical practices and responsible business conduct.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Strong preference for candidates available during EST business hours.

• Willingness to travel occasionally (10–25%).

• Bonus: experience in high-growth startups, venture studios, or AI/technology companies.

• Graduates from top-tier programs or those with an advanced degree in a relevant field are preferred.
