Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a representative for the Owner during meetings

• Create decision memos for leadership teams

• Manage the meeting schedule and filter information for the executive level

• Oversee the company's operational rhythm

• Develop performance dashboards

• Identify and resolve team friction

• Systematize processes that are currently undocumented

• Take full ownership of high-priority, cross-departmental initiatives

• Construct business cases for new product lines, tool migrations, and market growth

• Communicate leadership priorities to the team

• Highlight ground-level realities

• Prepare internal communications for executives

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business and analyze workflow and bottlenecks

• Manage leadership reporting and cadences

• Provide a written evaluation of key bottlenecks along with actionable recommendations

• Lead at least two cross-functional projects and demonstrate measurable progress

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, or a related Chief of Staff/business operations role

• Demonstrated ability to resolve ambiguous, cross-functional challenges independently

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Capable of transforming complex situations into concise, one-page memos

• Skilled in building models, interpreting P&L statements, and narrating stories using data

• Sound judgment in handling confidential executive information

• Strongly preferred: experience with various business models, distributed teams, and rapid headcount expansion

• Strongly preferred: practical experience with modern operational tools, including CRMs, project management, and automation
