This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of CEO Life's chapter-level marketing strategy and the Road to 20 operational framework.
• Create tailored marketing plans for each chapter based on market analysis, demographics, membership profiles, maturity levels, historical performance, and acquisition channels.
• Establish a reliable acquisition engine that generates approximately 6–10 qualified appointments daily for each chapter.
• Manage paid acquisition efforts across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Oversee campaign architecture, audience selection, targeting strategies, creative development, offers, messaging, retargeting, budgets, testing, and optimization processes.
• Design and continually enhance the prospective-member funnel from advertising through to interviews.
• Develop landing pages, application processes, lead nurturing strategies, SMS/email sequences, appointment reminders, and retargeting campaigns.
• Formulate creative strategies and supervise the development of ad concepts, copywriting, video concepts, social media creatives, landing page content, email/SMS copy, and campaign positioning.
• Build, train, manage, and mentor a team of Marketing Managers.
• Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting mechanisms, quality assurance standards, campaign templates, testing protocols, and performance review processes.
• Establish communication and reporting frameworks for Corporate Marketing, Marketing Managers, and Chapter Partners.
• Analyze underperforming chapters, propose solutions, and lead corrective measures.
• Develop a centralized command center to monitor chapter marketing performance.
• Create dashboards and scorecards to track expenditures, leads, appointments, show rates, conversion rates, membership growth, customer acquisition cost (CAC), revenue, and return on investment (ROI).
• Utilize data to make swift decisions and scale successful campaigns across different markets.
• Achieve the primary KPI of acquiring 20 new members per month for each chapter, while also meeting supporting targets for appointments, CAC, budget, and performance.
• Extensive experience in building and scaling performance-driven customer acquisition systems.
• Profound knowledge of paid media, marketing funnels, creative development, copywriting, customer relationship management (CRM), automation, analytics, and sales conversion techniques.
• Proven track record in managing large advertising budgets across multiple markets or business units simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze performance deeply enough to effectively challenge agencies, media buyers, copywriters, or Marketing Managers.
• Experience in marketing to CEOs, entrepreneurs, executives, affluent consumers, professional services, memberships, franchises, multi-location businesses, or high-ticket products/services is highly advantageous.
• Highly analytical, exceptionally organized, and decisive.
• Comfortable taking accountability and leading a rapidly expanding team.
• Capable of performing effectively within a startup or fast-paced environment.
