Chief Executive – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with language models regarding scenarios related to business development and theoretical leadership inquiries.

• Assess practical accuracy and strategic reasoning.

• Capture reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Challenge sophisticated language models on topics such as bootstrapping versus venture funding, go-to-market strategies, founder equity distributions, operational budgeting, early hiring choices, leadership philosophy, and lean startup methodology.

• Document failure modes to enhance model reasoning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in small business leadership, early-stage startup development, product-market fit identification, strategic planning, financial management, team building, and founder decision-making.

• Ideal candidates will have experience founding, co-founding, or leading a small business, nonprofit, or early-stage startup.

• A background in strategy, finance, hiring, and operations is preferred.

• Familiarity with startup accelerators, small business management tools, fundraising presentations, and practical P&L decision-making is advantageous.

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively—demonstrating your thought process—is crucial.

• A bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field is a strong indicator of suitability, though not mandatory.
