Chief Architect, AI-Enabled .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Propel the product's advancement while ensuring the delivery of valuable, secure, and reliable software to our customers.

• Formulate technical and architectural specifications.

• Establish and uphold code review standards.

• Develop prototypes and complex requirements, increasingly utilizing AI/agentic coding tools.

• Assess technical designs against established product standards.

• Research and recommend new technologies and platforms.

• Set and manage technical and coding standards while participating in code review processes.

• Oversee the product release process.

• Document the architecture of applications.

• Conduct in-depth analyses to address complex issues and develop and implement ITDs.

• Guide and mentor developers.

• Serve as the platform's technical authority and collaborate with other teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A diploma in Computer Science or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in .NET development.

• More than 5 years of experience in full-stack development.

• At least 5 years on an enterprise SaaS development team.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted / agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.

• Hands-on experience in implementing unit and integration tests for both backend and frontend systems.

• Proficient in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Practical experience with containerized applications.

• A proven ability to effectively engage with senior management.

• A strong track record in creating and maintaining robust product-driven standards.

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• A quality-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
