Chief Architect, AI-Enabled .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assess technical designs to ensure they meet product standards.

• Analyze and recommend emerging technologies and platforms.

• Establish technical and coding standards while actively participating in code reviews.

• Develop intricate solutions and prototypes through coding.

• Utilize AI-driven and agentic coding tools in everyday development tasks.

• Define and oversee the product release process, along with documenting application architecture.

• Conduct in-depth analyses to tackle complex issues and create and implement ITDs.

• Guide and mentor developers in their growth.

• Collaborate with other teams as the technical expert on the platform.

• Propel the product forward, ensuring the delivery of valuable, safe, and secure software to customers.

• Act as a vital member of the Platform Development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in .NET development.

• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development.

• Minimum of 5 years working with an enterprise SaaS development team.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted or agentic coding tools, including Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.

• Direct experience in implementing unit and integration tests across backend and frontend systems.

• Hands-on experience with setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Practical experience with containerized applications.

• Proven ability to interact effectively with senior management.

• Demonstrated success in creating and maintaining robust product-driven standards.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
