This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malawi.

📋 Description

• Review and annotate content in Chichewa.

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for precision and fluency.

• Identify and document patterns of errors.

• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance prompts, evaluation techniques, and linguistic guidelines.

• Assess and improve Chichewa text outputs.

• Offer expert insights on grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and cultural relevance to enhance model effectiveness.

• Proficiency in Chichewa is essential.

• Proven experience in translation, linguistics, language instruction, editing, or related fields.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Cultural awareness is necessary.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is advantageous.
